Welcome to Ridge N Threads. These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to and use of ridgenthreads.com.pk and to purchases made through our online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About our products
Ridge N Threads offers handcrafted leather wallets, bags, belts and accessories, along with selected custom-manufacturing services. Leather is a natural material, so grain, texture, markings and colour may show minor natural variations. Product photographs are provided as a guide; display settings and lighting may also affect how colours appear on your screen.
2. Product information and availability
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. However, errors or omissions may occasionally occur. Products are subject to availability, and we may correct listing errors or update product information where necessary. If a material issue affects an order you have placed, we will contact you.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges and any other amounts payable will be shown during checkout before you submit your order. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout. An order is subject to acceptance and confirmation by Ridge N Threads.
4. Orders and order details
Please review your selected products, quantities, contact details and delivery address before placing an order. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. If you notice an error, contact us promptly at info@ridgenthreads.com. We cannot guarantee that a change can be made once an order has entered processing or production.
5. Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver to addresses within Pakistan only. Delivery charges, available service options and any estimated delivery information will be shown or communicated during the ordering process where available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please ensure someone can receive the parcel at the address provided. If a delivery cannot be completed because the address or contact information is incorrect or the recipient is unavailable, additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply.
6. Custom and personalised orders
Custom products may be made to your requested specifications, including design details, materials, dimensions, colours or logo branding. You are responsible for checking and approving the specifications and artwork supplied for production. Custom-made, personalised, logo-branded, embossed, stamped or specially produced items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the specifications agreed with us. Contact us promptly if there is a problem.
7. Returns and refunds
Eligible non-customised products may be requested for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Items must meet the stated condition requirements and a return must be approved before it is sent back. Please read that policy before making a purchase.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, submit false information or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
9. Intellectual property
Website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, design elements and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Ridge N Threads unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use this content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
10. Third-party services and links
Our website may link to or rely on third-party services, including payment and delivery providers. We are not responsible for the content or independent practices of third-party websites and services. Their own terms and policies may apply.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ridge N Threads will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will take effect when posted on this page. The effective date above indicates when this version was last updated.
